Owner of the Urban Lounge, Portia, came to me shortly after opening her business and realizing the importance of having a solid brand. The project started off with an inspiration board, and from there we pieced together everything she would need to represent her business, both in print and online.
As Portia’s business grew, so did her need to re-brand. She came back to me a year later, and while she still loved the logos, it was time for a little face-lift. She had since incorporated more plants and color into her business and wanted her branding to showcase that. I created watercolor logos, incorporated plants into her business and gift card designs, and updated her price guide.
A few months later, Portia’s business grew into two separate locations. One for the Salon, and one for the Spa. Needing brand new price guides to reflect this change, also created the perfect opportunity to re-brand to keep up with the growth of the business. With the new location, Portia wanted to focus on a very natural atmosphere surrounded by plants. As such, we created new logos and price guides with plenty of greenery.
