If you're a larger business with several employees, this means you could receive designs personalized with the information of 4 team members. Additional personalization & final files are $5.00 each.

If you select this option, after payment you will receive an email with a questionnaire. Based off of the provided information, I will completely personalize the design to match your brand. You will receive the final digital files that are ready to use.
Turnaround time is 3-5 business day once completed questionnaire is received. If your questionnaire is not received within 3 months from the purchase date, your order will be closed. Closed orders are subject to a $25 re-opening fee prior to being personalized. Only 1 revision is included; so please provide all information in the questionnaire. Additional revisions are $10.00.
